Cardinal Asphalt is seeking a Full Time Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. We are looking for a dependable, experienced mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of construction equipment, trucks and paving machinery.
Responsibilities include:

- Diagnose and repair diesel and gas engines, hydraulics and electrical systems
- Perform routine greasing maintenance on heavy equipment and trucks
- Keep equipment operational and job-site ready
- Maintain a clean and organized shop.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with heavy equipment or commercial vehicles preferred.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license (CDL a plus but not required).
